Purchasing Policies and Information
Thank you for your interest in purchasing my artwork. For inquiries please use my contact page . You may purchase originals also right from my Store. All original and commissioned purchases are non-refundable, so please feel free to contact me. Also, as stated further from here, payments are an option for original paintings!
As the artist, I can say each piece of artwork is created with careful planning, a lot of time, color, care and love. Please choose carefully, your purchase of originals is non-refundable; returns or exchanges will not be accepted. Email me or send me a message on this contact page or on social media for any questions regarding color, size (additional photos may be available). Also please ask if you need to make a payment plan. I would hate for you not to own a piece of art you love due to a large one-time payment. Just remember, any and all payments will still be non-refundable should you change your mind.
I ship all artwork fully insured, but I cannot be held responsible for damages or losses to original art. Original art will be shipped within one to three weeks from final payment. Also please keep in mind, all of my artwork listed on this website are one-of-a-kind originals; most are made from hand built stretched canvas or recycled materials, therefore they may have slight imperfections not seen on a website picture.
I have Square, Pay Pal, Venmo, Zelle, Cash apps and Stripe (which includes Apple Pay) for credit card payments.
All the items in my print store are prints of my paintings. The prints come in several varieties, whether you want to hang art on your walls or have a fun item to carry around or use in your home or office! Prints are processed per order so please allow time for processing and delivery. If you need help deciding, please contact me!
My ETSY shop may include not only original art, but fun wearable art like hats! Check out my shop "DeniseMorencie"
